
There have been talks about Oppo working on its Oppo Pad 3 Pro tablet.
This has now been confirmed as the tablet is now available for pre-order in China through various Chinese platforms like Oppo Store and local online retailers such as JD.com. The pre-order listings share some interesting details of the upcoming tablet.
Color Options of Pad 3 Pro
According to the above-mentioned listings, the Oppo Pad 3 Pro will be available in two color options. Interested customers can choose between Dawn Gold and Night Blue.
RAM and Storage Options
The Pad 3 Pro will be available in four RAM and storage options. The higher-end tablet will support 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage whilst the base model will feature 8 GB RAM and 256 GB RAM. The intermediate models will be available with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage as well as 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.
Operating System and Stylus Support
The tablet will run on the manufacturer’s ColorOS 15. It will also be compatible with the Oppo Pencil 2 Pro stylus.
Processor
While Oppo is yet to reveal the details of the processor, it is anticipated that the Pad 3 Pro will have SD 8 Gen 3 Leading Version chipset under the hood.
Design
The official images of the Oppo Pad 3 Pro highlight a design that is very much like that of the OnePlus Pad 2. Hence, both tablets may also share some specifications.

The OnePlus tablet has an IPS LCD 12.1-inch panel with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a resolution of 2120 x 3000. The tablet is packed with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and powered by 9,510 mAh battery with support for support for 67 W fast charging. It supports different RAM and storage options of 8 GB/12 GB RAM and 128 GB/256 GB storage. The tablet has a 13 MP primary camera and an 8 MP front camera.
While it is known that the Oppo Find X8 lineup will have a global release, there is no information about whether we can expect the same for the Oppo Pad 3 Pro. The tablet and smartphones will arrive in China at the same time on October 24.
