Vivo is actively working on the Vivo Pad 4 Pro as the successor to its Vivo Pad 3 Pro which was launched in March with a Dimensity 9300 processor from MediaTek under its hood.
A new leak gives a tipoff about the processor and battery in the upcoming tablet.
Expected Battery and Processor
According to the post by tipster Digital Chat Station on the China-based popular Weibo platform, the Pad 4 Pro will draw its juice from a battery with a typical capacity of 12,000 mAh. This means that the rated capacity of the battery will be 11,790 mAh.

The device will be equipped with a Dimensity 9400 processor. It is worth noting at this point that while this processor has already found its way into some smartphones like the Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro along with the manufacturer’s Vivo X200 and X200 Pro, no tablet has used this processor so far. Hence, the processor will make its debut in tablets through the Vivo Pad 4 Pro.
Other Vivo Pad 4 Pro Details
The leak also shares minimal details about the screen of the tablet. While the tipster does not reveal exact details about the display, it is mentioned that the Pad 4 Pro will encompass a regular large-size custom screen.

This could mean that the display will have an LCD panel that is 13 inches in size and has a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
No other details of the Pad 4 Pro are known at the moment. However, we can expect to hear more about the tablet in the coming days. While Vivo has not made any announcement in this regard either, the Vivo Pad 4 Pro will likely follow the lines of its predecessor. If so, we can expect the tablet to launch in a few months from now around March 2025. As the Pad 3 series was released only in the home country, the Vivo Pad 4 Pro may also be restricted to the China market.
