Vivo is actively working on the Vivo X300 series as the successor to the Vivo X200 lineup.
The X300 series is expected to feature four models – Vivo X300, X300 Pro Mini, X300 Pro, and X300 Ultra. A new leak now shares partial specs of the lineup.
Expected X300 Series Specifications
The post put up by Digital Chat Station on Weibo does not mention the name of the series. However, it is safe to assume that the post is about the Vivo X300 series. There will be two low-end smartphones and two high-end handsets in the lineup.

The low-end smartphones are expected to be the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Mini. They will come with flat displays. On the other hand, the high-end X300 Pro and X300 Ultra will have large quad-curved screens.
The tipster additionally mentions that the choice of different displays is because of stacking materials. These could be the arrangement of internal components and hardware constraints.
Interestingly, the above information contradicts an earlier leak by the same tipster that said the X300 series would have only the X300, X300 Pro, and X300 Ultra variants. This leak also mentions that the base variant X300 will have a 6.31-inch screen that matches the screen size of the X200 Pro Mini.

It is worth noting that the manufacturer has not made any official declaration or statement about the monikers of the handsets in the upcoming Vivo X300 series. Hence, it is advisable to consider the above information with a grain of salt and wait for more details to confirm the same.
Three of the smartphones in the Vivo X300 series – X300, X300 Pro, and X300 Pro Mini are slated to break cover in October this year with a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. The top-end X300 is likely to see the light of day in the first half of next year with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor.
