The rumor mill is already abuzz with details about the displays of the Xiaomi 16 Pro and Ultra while it is gearing up for the launch event of the global release of the Xiaomi 15 lineup.
Although there is no mention of the name of the smartphone, the leak is likely to be about the 16 Pro.
Expected Xiaomi 16 Pro Display Details
The Xiaomi 16 Ultra will have a LTPO OLED straight-screen 6.85-inch display. The screen will feature a 2K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It will support LIPO technology.

The leak also hints that the handset will have very narrow edges. Its borders will be thinner than those of the iPhone 16 Pro from Apple.
The brand has been known to adopt the same screen specs for its Pro and Ultra models ever since the Xiaomi 12 series. If the manufacturer plans to follow the same trend, the Xiaomi 16 Ultra will also have a flat 6.85-inch display.
Like their displays, the Xiaomi 16 Pro and 16 Ultra are anticipated to share the same processor. They are slated to arrive with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset under their hoods.
It is worth keeping in mind that the above details have not yet been confirmed by the manufacturer.

They may change at any point in time and hence must be considered with a grain of salt. Also, no other details about the lineup are available at the moment and we will have to wait for further details to surface.
Like the 15 Ultra, the successor may not arrive along with the other smartphones in the series. The Xiaomi 15 Pro along with the base variant is expected to see the light of day this year in October. On the other hand, the 15 Ultra is anticipated to break cover at a later date in the first half of the next year.
